How to transfer Photos and music From Galaxy s2 fone memory to Microsd Card

Hell and good evening to you all, Im hoping to get a solution to my problem here please. I currently have a galaxy s2 fone, and the internal memory is rapidly filling up,..os ive purchased a 32Gb memory card from play.com, but i'm having problems HOW to transfer all my photos music from the fones memory card my microsd card. I do realise that when i take loadz of pictures it automatically stores on fones memory, so i now need to transfer them all please to my 32GB card, any quick suggestions please??

Try using My Files (built in app)- Open the folder where the photos/music is stored, left button then more and select copy or move and then select destination.
