how to copy voicemail and messages to a iphone

hi, i have the current new iphone. i cannot seem to copy over my voicemails and messages to the new iphone, i have the oldish iphone 4. the new operating system is on there. can anyone help?

Voicemails - are they not stored with your mobile operator and not on your phone? The phone hacking scandal is all about this. Log in to your voicemail.
