I've changed my PAYG vodaphone sim to a O2 and now I can't watch youtube vids, any opinions?

I've installed some new setting from o2 and they say O2 Prepay GPRS-2, is this correct? It's a 3G phone and I would have thought it would have referenced 3G not GPRS!

Been on to O2 customer services and they reckon by mobile (Sony Ericsson w20i) hasn't been unlocked correctly, so hopefully I can get it done correctly! But everything is OK except watching youtube! so we shall see.
