need suggestion to buy a mobile to run internet on pc using 2G network

Hi, i am using 2G network. and i want to buy a mobile to run the internet on laptop. Nokia C2-01 have Edge class 32, SE Cedar have Edge class 10 and Samsung S5610 have Edge class 12. so what will be the best for me to get good speed for 2G.
