Wish to install PC Suite for Alcatel OT-708 mobile. Found plenty of sites but cannot get a straight forward download.Would any pc suite do

You will need the Alcatel PC Suite v 7 but Alcatel seem to have removed it from their site and I can only find it on a Russian site.
