Want to transfer text files from mobile

I have a Nokia C30 and I have some tect I would like to transfer to my PC and read the or print them When I try to transfer or open them they open in Notepad as BGSA upload but I can't read the content id there a free program i can use to convert these text messages and how do I transfer them to my PC.

Thank you Pheonix21. Unfortunately the site was too confusing to know what I was actualy downloading so I went direct to Nokia's site. Just had a play araound but seems it might just do the job.
