ex n95 sd card wont work??

hi i have a 8gb sd card that i used in my n95, but i have upgraded to a galaxy s2 and want to use that card. but when i put it into a card reader on my pc the sd card wont work. when i put it in the n95 it does. i formatted it using the n95 but again wont read on pc. is there any way of getting this damn card to work so i can format it and put it in my new phone. thanks for any comments.

When you say the card won't work on the PC do you mean the PC can't actually see it?

hi bremner, yeah the pc cant see it, it works fine in the n95, i even formatted it in that phone, but just cant use (seen) on any other device?? thanks
