Which Band for USA?

I beleive I need to alter the band to use my phone on a forthcoming trip to the usa. At the moment it is set to, Network - GSM and Band - UMTS(850+2100)+ GSM)900+1800). Could anyone tell me what settings I will need?

Does this Click here help, I set mine to Triple-Band (Tri-Band), But it is a Old Phone.

Which phone do you have? Unless it is a tri-band or quad-band phone it will not work in USA. I think that you may only have a 2 band phone.

Ideally you will use a quad band phone, which will work anywhere in the world. In North America all networks support both 1900 MHZ and 850 MHz GSM services.
