'Unlocked' phone now wont take other SIMs.

Got my original T-mobile networked (but had been using a Virgin SIM successfully) Tocco Lite unlocked and walked out of the shop working with '3' SIM card which I checked would make a call - it did. The very next day the message 'Limited Service' displayed on the screen and phone did not work. Tried original Virgin SIM - same thing. Will now only work with a T-Mobile SIM. Yet looking at the 'locks' page on the phone, every one says 'OFF'.
Anyone any ideas what's going on?

Take it back to where it was unlocked and explain to them what is happening.
