pics won't bluetooth...

...Using a Samsung Galaxy Europa and Polaroid PoGo Mobile printer. Pics I take will not print, though those sent to me via bluetooth will print from my phone. Have tried different resolutions as someone suggested the files are too big. NoGo to PoGo. Have asked Samsung about this without reply so far. Am expecting them to blame the printer, but I've tried lots of other phones [of friends]. All print perfectly.
Anyone any ideas???
