Greeting message for in-coming caller to hear

I have a Samsung G600 mobile phone. I do not use the Voice Mail feature. Is there any way I can set a short message or tune for the incoming caller to hear before the ringtone starts and I answer it? If the G600 does not support this feature, does anyone know of a make and model of phone that does support it.

i would phone the samsung helpline many phones have a feature for your own recorded ringtone and message, my daughter had a joke one when she was on the orange network but cannot remember the make of phone, but it was a download off the internet somewhere.
