Activating engaged tone on Samsung phone

I have a Samsung SGH-U900 mobile phone. At present, if I am talking to someone and another person rings me, all that person hears is a ring tone. Does anyone know how I can alter the settings so the second caller will hear an engaged tone?

Download the Function Guide from the above link - to do so click on the icon under Download.

Once you have the Function Guide on your PC, open it and then look at 'Activate Call Waiting' under the Call Waiting section in the left-hand column.

I think this is what you are looking for.

Following the instructions given in the Function Guide, my phone now gives an 'engaged' tone to the second callers.

Once again you have come to my rescue and sorted out a problem for me! You're a star!!
