My mobile has been dropped into water.

Absolutely everything works okay - including texting, taking photos etc, but when making or answering a call it seems to be successful when connecting it states 'call ended'. (There is credit on the phone).

Now, very strangely the screen displays falling water - what is that about?

Any ideas greatfully received!
