my mobile phone decided to play up, keeps resetting then asking for sim card, have cleaned sim and terminals but nothing so son give me his old phone, not a big user so don't need the latest all singing, all dancing models, the problem is son cannot find the manual and can't remember what model it is, it is a panasonic flip camera phone, when switching on it doesn't tell me what model it is unlike my last phone, how can I get the model details so I can download the manual, all help gratefully accepted
