tranfer music from pc to tocco lite s5230

how the hell do you transfer music from pc to phone , i have installed the software but when i try to click on the find device the icon will not highlight i have managed to get the music from the pc to the play list but i can not get any further , the phone is a tocco lite s5230 and its doing my head in any advice please

No doubt you have plugged phone into pc,then copied and pasted,or drag and drop?

yes have tried this , but still no joy have inserted a 8mg card also i can not copy n paste i have since posting this yesterday found another way of trying to install music will keep you posted ty bbn
