Hi,
Please can someone recommend a phone that is easy/intuitive to use including text? I currently have a very smart Samsung but can't get on with it.
I don't need lots of gismos. I am computer literate but mobile illiterate!
Thanks

would probably suit you. It's quite difficult to get a phone that doesn't have at least a few gizmos these days, but this phone is fairly basic by modern standards.

Maybe have a look in Asdas 8p a minute talk time and 4p a text message. They usually have a few standard type phones for £20 or less.
I usually stick to Nokia phones I suppose everyone has different ideas as to what they like.
You just get used to the one make as you know how they work.

I can't open FE's click here on IE8 so tried Firefox and get this.
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ad.uk.doubleclick.net.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Its not the first time I have had this problem so not sure what my problem is.
