Hard Reset

I've got an XDA Orbit 2 and it won't reboot after I performed a soft reset. Its telling me to do a hard reset by pressing the send button but I'm obviously being really stupid as I have no idea which button is the send button. I've tried pressing different buttons each time but it doesn't seem to be working.
I've looked in the manual and it doesn't help. I've also tried registering on the XDA forum but they haven't sent me an email to activate my account.

Can anyone help?

The Send button should be the Green Phone Key. However the following procedure should work.
