new mobile without music etc.

I'm on Orange Pay As you Go. The screen of my basic mobile is badly scratched so I need a replacement. I'm looking for something as cheap as possible preferably with a protected screen. Facilities required are tri-band ie for USA and a camera with easy down-loading to a desk top (don't know how it is done). Not interested in music, FM radio etc.or other gimmicks. WEB connectivity would be useful if not too expensive (again I know nothing about the latter).
I would be grateful for any advice, please.
