Share photos from N95 to Wi Fi Network

One of my friends at work has a Nokia N95 and uses it for taking photos on site visits. He wants to be able to sync the photos to his computer over the company network using the company wi-fi.

He's connected to the company Wi-Fi, but none of us have any idea how to get the phone to show in my network places so we can browse for photos.

Any ideas?

If it's not possible to sync in this way, I know that the N95 has an upload to flikr option, could we set up a folder on our server and redirect the upload to flickr to upload to our server?
