Has anyone had issues with buttons being unresponsive, slow and even loose? All be it intermittently(with the exception of loose)?

Or am I an unlucky sod with 2 off them with the same problems?

I have to admit I use the phone a lot and perhaps it's not robust enough to cope with constant use.

It's being sent back for a refund but they want to examine it first. I hope they ain't trying to stitch me up.

They refunded it ok. Problem resolved.
