Hi there,
Can anybody please advise me if there is any program which emulates like windows shut-down/log off tool including users/password etc.
I remember putting one similar one long time ago but completely forgot what was it called!

its probably not what you want but this click here
is a shortcut program and you can shutdown and restart your phone via shortcuts on the home screen..plus it puts other usefull shortcuts on...bye the way if you do find what you are looking for i would be interested in installing that on my phone :)..kind regards akanic
