Hi, Can anyone please help, my daughter is on her 3rd prada phone & they will not accept any files via bluetooth, just says memory full when it's nowhere near full.Downloading works it just won't accept bluetooth.
Virgin keep sending replacements but all have the same problem.
Thanks for any advice.
