Nokia 6021 Data Retrieval

My Nokia 6021 seems to be dead. As most of my phone numbers are stored on the phone, does anyone have any suggestions for retrieving them?

Just a thought,but do you have the mobile you had before you bought the Nokia 6021 ? you could put the sim card in that and see what numbers you have stored in that.
Next time save all your messages to your sim. I used my software program and put all my numbers on that program as well.

Have you tried using a usb lead and plugging it in to your computer and using the mobile software to get the numbers off. And if you used the phone software did you back up the numbers there ?
Failing that go to a mobile phone shop that sells Nokia and ask them. I bet they can do it but it will cost a lot.

Ok i just re read it they are all on the mobile. I ask my brother as he knows about mobiles .

Can you not put the sim in another mobile ? As long as you put all your numbers onto the sim and not the mobile they will still be on the sim card .
