message icon/pictures & what they mean?

Hi folks .
just recieved new phone...but its recieved messages are displayed in text & picture format or small icons,but Im blowed if I can work out what they mean ! does anyone know of a web site that may explain them & their meaning some are obvious like floating heart(love you)or lips (kisses)Ive looked through the manual (pretty vague on detail but gets the phone into use)& cant find list or where they are stored phone can be added to computer via usb link/bluetooth etc.Samsung website also a little vague on this phone detail.phones a SGH D900i......

Dear,
I looked the links but found no explaination. Kindly provide any other way to understand or remove the pictues from messages as it had blown my head. I am also facing the same problem, google the net but found nothing as yet.
