I cannot believe this company. This morning I ordered a new phone off their website (mobileexpress.co.uk).
I received an email a few hours later asking me to ring them as there were a few questions to ask me.
Fine, except that the number they gave me is automated line that doesnt give you any option to be transferred to an operator. How then can I answer their questions? OK I thought, I will email them. Looked on the website- no email address. I know I thought, I will reply to the order acknowledgment I received. One problem - there is no return address. Where the "sender" is normally there is just a dash (-). I tried ringing the sales line, which surprisingly is manned by an actual, real person and he cut me off when I asked to be transferred to someone in so called customer services.
What a joke, I guess it tells you a lot about a company when the sales line is a person but the customer services line is automated "Hello, I'm Rachel". Googled and I am not alone in my feelings.
