Sagem myX-2 instructions

Hello everyone, I have just been given a Sagem My X-2 mobile phone without any instructions of how to use it. The person who gave it to me also has no idea either as it was her late husbands and I have never had a mobile phone before. Can anyone tell me what I have to do in order to use it and where I could download a free instruction manual from? I have tried the Sagem site but there is not a manual to download.
