Is PC Helper 360 worth the money

I have downloaded PC Helper 360 and to register will cost approx £25 . Is it worth it and how well does it perform, please. has anyone used it and what is it like?

I would just go for CCleaner - Free and Safe. I would steer clear of ALL Optimization Programs.
