Hi,
When I start up my Acer Aspire 9410-2459 laptop, I keep getting a RTNICDiag error that says "APIGetConnNameW(): Cannot retrive LAC name."
Is there anyway I can get rid of or fix this problem?

It's something to do with your network card, probably the built-in port rather than wireless. Are the drivers installed? Is the device working - have a look in Device Manager.

Thanks Jaywoo,
After checking in the device manager, it showed the 2 network adapters were working but under other devices the Modem Device on High Defination Audio Bus does not have a driver.
In properties it says This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

Continuing from the previous post. In properties it also says "There is no driver selected for the device information set or element" and "To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver"
I clicked on "Search automatically for updated driver software." It looked on both the hard drive and the Internet for drivers but found nothing.
Where would one look now for the drivers?
