Hi Im using a aspire m5200 tower with vista home premium os fully up to date . Chipset ati rs780+sb700, amd phenom 9550 quad core processor , with 4096mb memory installed . I have 3 hard drives making 1.2 terrabyte . Nvidia geforce 8600gt total available graphics memory 1662mb. Realtek hi def audio . Marvell yukon 88e8071 gigabit ethernet controller bios version ro1-b1 relaese date 5/7/2008. Varios software installed . I run a epson printer scanner combo . And a virgin media wifi hub although i am hardwired to it . I have 30g broadband from virgin . My question is . What would i gain if anything or see improvement by installing the other 4 gig of memory that this motherboard allows or would the cost approx £50 quid not justify doing it . Thanks in advance . Dave

Do you have a 64 bit Vista operating system installed? If not you will not gain anything as 32 bit OS can only address a maximum of 4Gb.
