USB 3 PCI card not working

Hi all, I am running Vista and have just installed a usb 3 pci card, but when I plug anything into it nothing works? P.

Have you connected the power molex to it? Check device manager for any error sign. Another thing you could try is another PCI slot. Go to the manufacturer's site for latest drivers for Vista.
