Limited access on wifi connection

Why do I only have limited access to the internet via wifi connection and how can get full access?

Have you tried an ethernet connection first to see if that connects ok?

Sometimes if you right click My Computer, Properties, Device Manager, delete Wireless Network Device but not the driver, restart the PC, reboot, - then it works.

When you set up your wireless connection did you go into the network and sharing centre and select "set up a new connection or network", select "manually connect to a wireless network", choose your security, enter your router security key.

Very often down to an incorrect security key - take care with upper and lower case.
