my laptop freez up after start up

HELP! my window wista 32 bits when i log on to computer it comes on then freez up after opening wiindow with lots of file icons,this in normal start ,in safe start i can get past it put can not use internet, any help will be great thanks

Have you tried system restore in safe mode? click here. Usually in the Advanced boot option page you get Safe mode and Safe mode with networking in the list.

Save all your important data,then do a fresh instsall,to get on the net click on the orb on the bottom left of the tool bar then click on connect to and follow the instructions.
