how to check my laptop wireless security

As the above question.I have a desk top computer with xp pro connected to the internet via a modem and telephone line.I also have a laptop which is vista home premium.As soon as the laptop boots up i can connect to my provider, Plusnet,just by clicking the internet explorer icon.How can i tell if my connection is secure from other wireless devices please?

You can go into your router's configuration page to see if the number of IP addresses match the number of devices you have - as per the attached article.

Firstly go to the configuration setting, then there es a IP address go through it. then check the network security of your laptop, this is how you can easily check the wireless security.
