AVG summer update

I downloaded the AVG summer update this morning, since I ahve done this my internet explorer wont work.I did a system restore and the system is now working. Anybody else had this issue with it. Thanks

I have AVG free on two laptops and one desktop and the updates are fine using Firefox.

Can I suggest that you try to download the update again and then if the same problem occurs:-

Open IE Tools tab > Internet Options > restore Adanced Settings and Reset Internet Explorer settings. Restart IE.

Alternatively use another browser to update.
