does pc backdoor impact eliminated?

got backdoor Agent.RCGen on vista, quarantined and removed by mwb, but pc acts weirdly compared with before, can the backdoor be completely eliminated?

i guess you need this help guide to check if all backdoor Agent.RCGen files are deleted completely, it's a virus easy to break down your pc

From my experience removing a virus from a computer is never a good option. You should take the precaution and stop it from infecting your computer in the first place.

If you do get infected, I recommend a full computer format.
