Home Page Layout

I am running Firefox Mozilla with Windows Vista and BT/Yahoo. The layout of the home page has changed. It now shows the two side panels, “ To Do” and “Calendar”, I can hide them using the View tab but as soon as I navigate away from Calendar they re-appear . Is there any way I can change the layout of the home page. Regards

Isn't this customisable? If you click on Options on the right-hand side there is an option to remove each app in turn.

Is this your Home Page?
This is where the Options link is on the right-hand side that I was referring to.
