what is vprotect on my start up programs can i switch it off?

v protect - could be several things:- Do you have any security cam software installed? If so you may need this to operate it. Do you have AVG safe search? If you have and you don't use it you can delete it. Have you let anyone access your PC remotely to fix a problem? If so you don't need it any more.
Roc rocdec12 Appears to belong to a website for discovering games and software on line. You can delete this.

Have u install CCTV camera over the internet. If yes, Vprotect provide the remote video monitoring.
or
If this is not CCTV camera, than you have install AVG anti-virus on your computer its a part of AVG so don't disable or remove it.
