Recovery folder is missing

Forgive me if this is a repeated post, cannot find the one I thought Id posted.
I tried to run Application and support disk supplied with Medion laptop but got message "recovery folder is missing"
I do have Recovery disk but thought Id try support disk to save installing drivers again.

Medion computer have the recovery file usually on the Revover D: partition ins a folder called Recover. If you have resized or deleted your partitions or just deleted the recover files you cannot use the Application and support disk.
The recovery disk will have a copy of your OS on and will allow you to do a clean install.
If you used the programs originally supplied with your computer you should find them on the Application and support disk or on the recover partition.

use some software that maybe help !like easy recovery !

I have now did a clean reinstall of windows, and all seems fine now.
