Forgive me if this is a repeated post, cannot find the one I thought Id posted.

I tried to run Application and support disk supplied with Medion laptop but got message "recovery folder is missing"

I do have Recovery disk but thought Id try support disk to save installing drivers again.

Medion computer have the recovery file usually on the Revover D: partition ins a folder called Recover. If you have resized or deleted your partitions or just deleted the recover files you cannot use the Application and support disk.

The recovery disk will have a copy of your OS on and will allow you to do a clean install.

If you used the programs originally supplied with your computer you should find them on the Application and support disk or on the recover partition.
