I have uninstalled my sis vga by mistake, now I get a popup when I load a game saying hardware acceleration is disabled and not supported by a video card driver. What can I do

You need to re-install your video card driver. You do not say which model of PC you have, or if you have any installation disks from your PC's manufacturer but as you are in the Vista Forum you should be able to go into Device Manager and update the driver from there.

Right click on Computer, click on Properties, Device manager, Display Adapters. Right Click on the Display Adapter that is shown, and click on Update Driver and Automatically Search for driver.
