How do I Re-map keys?

Sometime ago I spilled water onto the keyboard of my Advent laptop, since then the Caps Lock has ceased to work. I had never realized how much I had been using it until it became unavailable.

From my early days 'playing' with computers I seem to remember that it was/is possible to Re-Map the Key usage.

Well you know what is coming, does anyone, please, know how to go about moving the Caps Lock operation to my (never used) Scroll Lock button?
