when i logged on today it said there was an update for firefox. i downloaded the update and since then have not been able to open firefox. i uninstalled the programme and then re installed - no go. i then did a system restore to yesterday but still cannot open it. any suggestions would be appreciated - plain language please.

Mybe try an earlier version such as 3.6?
