USB HID need a driver

Hi, I have notced the color s are more of a pink instead of the grey one I picked for Vista. A USB HID has an exclamation mark in device manager, & it says cannot start becasue of Code 10.Can anyone please tell me how to find out what this particular usb hid is used for so I can install the correct drivers for it. Thanks Mac

If you put code 10 in your search engine you get

Code 10 is the error when it does not know what the error is.
Ring click on the device and reinstall the driver.
