I have tried to reinstall my scanner but it will not install. I have had this on my Vista PC for over 2 years, so I dont see why it is playing up. Could anyone please help me out with this. Thanks Mac

Mac, sorry but you're really not going to get any useful advice unless you give more information.

1. Make & model of scanner
2. In what way is it "playing up"?
3. What exactly are you doing to reinstall it?
4. Is it listed in Device Manager - if so does it have a yellow exclamation mark by it?
