Where is Windows Explorer in Vista

I'm trying to get used to this strange os after using xp for years.
I'm sure it's very simple but for the life of me I can't find how to launch Explorer. It's not in progs nor accessories.
I've got the basic Vista.

Start>Programs>Accessories>Right-click on Windows Explorer>Send To>make a shortcut for it on the Desktop.
WinKey + E is the quickest
