UAC & syriustruckupdater.exe

Vista Premium 32bit. Everytime I load and get into windows UAC control pops up ans asks me if I want to run this programme I use. UAC list it as syriustruckupdater.exe

Other problem, not sure if its related if I want to manually open a programme I also get asked for a password by windows. Not my internet Security though.
