Well and truly stuck , I havnt used my laptop for around a year ( dell inspiron 1750) as it has had a broken screen I got it repaired eventually and I am trying to download to latest vista service pack it downloads fine but it simply wont install ive turned off all security firewalls ect but it still wont install comes up with the following code ERROR _IO_DEVICE (ox8007045d). Ive tried googling it but still no answer .
Any help would be much appreciated
