On vista home premium..Samsung laptop Model NP-R510. Can only use on screen keyboard and sometimes even that doesnt work unless i reboot pressing f4.Plugged in another keyboard but no joy there either.Did defrag,chkdisk,system restore and virus and spyware scans........device manager states the ps/2 working correctly with driver installed and up to date........Only keys that do anything are shift caps cntrl.......cant type a thing.

needed new keypad....so sorted now
