ie9 query

using vista home premium 64 bit with internet explorer 9, since updating to ie9 I now keep getting a message 'Speed up startup and browsing by disabling add-ons' 'disable add-ons' 'ask me later',
how can I stop this message from appearing?
all help and advice gratefully accepted

Hi l24, just to keep you updated, message is still appearing! have clicked dsable addons and ignore but still get the message, thanks for your advice.
