If it starts giving trouble after being used a while then it is probably heat build-up. Make certain that the fan is not clogged with dirt and dust and that you use the machine on a flat surface so that air can actually get to the intake grill. Laptops they may be called but the worst place to use them is actually on your lap as it restricts air flow.

Following are the possible reasons:
1. Software error.
2. Hardware error.
3. Overheating.
4. Computer virus.
5. Issue with operating system.
6. Virus Problems
Try to solve this problem using below steps:
• Click Start, then open Control Panel
• Click Performance and Maintenance
• Click System
• Click on the Advanced Tab
• Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section
• Uncheck Automatically Restart in the System failure section
